Studio Shoot

Had a photo shoot at a client's place yesterday. Havent touch photography for quite a while. I miss it quite alot. I miss the sound of the click of the shutter and the "in the moment" kinda feeling.

We set up a temp studio at the clients' place. I was around to help the models "change clothes". Men can be quite clumsy with womens' clothes and i cant afford to spoil those expensive dresses. hee! The shoot was quite fun! hee! But very tiring as it took one whole day just to take like 20 photos. Oh that's a mannequin, not a real model. Opps u can almost see the naked back of the other mannequin by the side. haa! :P

What's up with cab drivers nowadays!!

Hopped onto a cab this afternoon cos i was running late for a meeting with client. The uncle almost drove head-on into a van. He drove very fast too fast!! kuakuakua so i put on my seatbelt and became very alert with where he is going! and then... i saw it happen!!! The cars in front of us started slowing down cos it was heavy traffic. But the uncle accelerated!?!?!?! I was about to shout at him when he suddenly e-brake!!! Lucky i had my seatbelts on so i didnt fly out of my seat. He then swerved left and we went onto the left road shoulder! Heng we were on the last lane and there was a road shoulder! Else we would have bang right into the van and it would have been quite serious cos we were going very fast. No kidding. I saw the whole thing happen and I have the "whole life flashing across me moment" while i was thinking "shit! we're going to hit the van!!!" My whole heart just popped out. I even took down the cab number in case we really got into an accident. Luckily i reach the place in 1 piece.

2nd incident was the same day with Box on the way home from T's place. He drove like an F1 driver!!! He went from the 1st lane to the 3rd lane and then to the 1st lane again. He highbeam everytime he changes lane and he overtakes from the left. I didnt tell him off cos he was abit wierd scolding other drivers as he drive. The ultimate thing was right after we dropped Box off and we were at the traffic light at her place. There was 2 kids on bicycles at the traffic waiting to cross and we were suppose to turn right. So by right we need to wait for the kids to cross b4 we turn, but the uncle just turn right immediately on green! I could see it happen in slow motion again. The kids faces turned pale and stared at me while i zoomed past them less than 1 metre away. GOSH!!!! My heart nearly popped out again. While we were on Reservoir road, he overtakes a CONTAINER TRUCK(!!!!) and the whole car vibrates as he slam on the accelerator. I just prayed that i would reach home in 1 piece man.

Both times are in COMFORT cabs!!! What's wrong with cab drivers nowdays!! aiyoh lucky it wasnt my day yet else I think i would have died not once but twice today.

I think MRT safer..............
